:: WINNER! Renovated kitchen up to $40,000
:: RUNNER UP  Renovated bathroom up to $40,000

Seeking to improve their bay views and create a central living hub, our client engaged us to renovate their existing apartment on the third floor of a residential building. The kitchen was a major element of the renovation, which we relocated to a more central position to flow easily into the living room, dining room and bar area. Highlights include to 80mm reconstituted stone, wrap around island bench, long slot timber veneer bookshelf and Danish light fittings, while Oak veneer, white 2 Pac joinery and custom designed timber handles add style and practicality. The original small bathrooms were also reworked into more efficient floor plans. The ensuite offers a large vanity unit topped by a white constituted stone bench, seemingly floating bath surround, feature wall lights and under slung hand basins, with the timber veneer used throughout the home on cupboard fronts. Matching window shutters allow for stunning water views. The powder room and family bathroom were also enlarged, while a walk-in robe was added to the main bedroom.
